Pierre Kaffer again driving a Ferrari in 2010
090318_Sebring_OB0Q2105.jpg The year 2010 will start for Pierre Kaffer with the test of the Le Mans Series in Paul Ricard, Le Castellet / France on the 7th of March. In a Ferrari F430 Pierre completes the driver line-up for the CRS team. His team mates in the British team are Andrew Kirkaldy, Tim Mullen, Pierre Ehret and Phil Quaife.

Pierre Ehret and Phil Quaife together with Kaffer are the driver trio for the first two rounds of the Le Mans Series. Pierre Ehret who was already Kaffer's team mate in 2008 where they finished 3rd in the GT2 class of the Le Mans Series as well as finishing 3rd in the GT2 class of the 24h Le Mans, is known as one of the fastest non professional race drivers. The 23-year-old Briton Phil Quaife who drove for CRS in the FIA GT3 championship in 2009 is one of the young talents who for sure can learn a lot from Kaffer this year.

After the test in Paul Ricard the two races in Paul Ricard 9th -11th April and Spa-Francorcchamps 7th -9th May are on the schedule.

Pierre Kaffer: “I am happy that the season starts for me finally and that I am back in a F430 in the Le Mans Series. With Pierre Ehret I had one or the other podium result and together with Phil Quaife we are well prepared for the 8h race at Paul Ricard.“

This will only be the beginning of a very exciting season and more information will follow soon...
